Day 1 of transformation

I didn't really know what to do with the rest of my 30 minute break so I took some time to relax and read a magazine. I got off work around 4 and drank my passion and ate a greek yogurt and cheese stick for my 2 protein choices. I made supper for my family and actually was perfectly fine with not eating any of it. I drank my yes (vanilla) and took a hot relaxing bath after. My biggest surprise today is that I only ate 1,000 calories and I do not feel hungry at all! I can't believe how much energy I had today. I would have liked to went to the gym but I had to take my daughter to the eye doctor after work and didn't have time. I am definitely am excited to see how my fitness routine improves with all this extra energy I have.

I'm used to logging my calories everyday. I use the "Loose it" app to log. I have been doing this for a while so it is just habit to keep track. Yoli's products are surprisingly super low calorie. I have tried Slimfast and there was way more calories in their shakes that Yoli.
