Day 2!

I woke up this morning and was not a bit hungry. I went into the kitchen and drank my passion (Berry). Did my normal routine and then decided to mix it up and turn my Yes (chocolate) into a milk shake. I will add my recipe. It's super easy and was yummy.



It took me a longer today to drink my Yes since it was a milk shake so I had to take in onto the road to work with me. I also brought my coffee to go and sipped on it while I start my work day. I always drink coffee black and there's only like 5 cals a cup. I know I really don't need the coffee since I am getting lots of energy from passion, but I am worried about getting horrible migraines from quitting coffee (I have in the past). I figured since there's no cals in it anyways it shouldn't be something I need to give up. By about 10:30 I ate my 3 chocolate chip protein balls again while I caught up on some charting at work. I got busy and missed lunch and didn't finally eat again until 3:00. Amazingly, I wasn't even hungry. I decided I would just skip my 2 lunch proteins and do my passion and 1 serving of protein (chicken hibachi). I decided to mix my passion with some sparkling water today to jazz it up a bit. There's no cals ,so I figured it wouldn't hurt anything.



Back to the Hibachi- I am seriously contemplating just buying steak or chicken hibachi every week and eating that rather than doing any cooking of protein for myself. It's only like $6 for take-out so why not?? I grilled pork chops for my family for supper and stuck to my vanilla Yes for myself. I can't believe how easy it has been to diet these two days. If I would have know it was going to be this easy I would have done it a long time ago.
